Annual Heating Clean-And-Tune
An annual heating clean-and-tune gives us an opportunity to assess your heating system’s safety, efficiency, and operation.
Safety: We check the gas pressure, burner combustion, and look for any leaks in your heat exchanger. We also check that combustion gases are properly vented and check for carbon monoxide leaks and fire hazards.
Efficiency: Dirt can build up on your burner and blower motor. We inspect and clean them to assure that your furnace is working at its best. A dirty filter increases your energy costs and can damage your equipment. We check that your filter is clean and will recommend replacement if needed.
Operation: Faulty electrical connections can reduce the life of major components. We check that the motors are operating within the amp draw parameters, lubricate all moving parts, clean the condensate drain, and check the calibration of the thermostat.
Annual Cooling Clean-And-Tune
An annual cooling clean-and-tune is an efficiency booster! Dirty coils reduce the air conditioner’s ability to cool your home causing the system to run longer, increasing your energy costs and reducing the life of the equipment. We check these components and will clean and adjust the blower for efficient system airflow.
